Q: Do you charge for set-up time or travel time?
A: No, We do not charge any fees for setup or travel times. Everything is included in the price and there will be no additional costs for the time it takes for us to setup our professional DJ equipment. However, any events that are not a reasonable distance from the western suburbs of Chicago may incur some travel charges.
Q: What is your style of DJ'ing at a wedding event?
A: Typically at a wedding reception there is a wide variety of individuals that range in age from small children to those 80 years or older. Unless otherwise instructed, I begin the event with some older music and work my way to the newer music towards the end of the event. This will allow everyone to enjoy the music since it will be a mix of music from the 50's to the present.
Q: What is required to book your DJ service?
A: We require a $100 deposit and a signed contract. The contract can be obtained by e-mail through the Contact Us section.
Q: What is your policy in regards to handling requests?
A: We try to play as many requests as possible. We will only play the songs that we believe will fit into the format for the event. For example if we are only playing fun songs that everyone is dancing to and someone requests a heavy metal song, more than likely we will not play that song.
Q: Can we come to an event to see you DJ?
A: We don't allow anyone to come to the events at which we are providing services. From our perspective and our clients' perspective this does not appear very professional. Many people may get offended if we allowed random people to show up at their wedding. If we are providing our services at a public event, anyone is more than welcome to come out and see us at work. Instead of allowing individuals to come to our events, we have compiled a log from past events. You can set-up a meeting with us and we can go over some of the past event logs. This will actually give a better idea about our services instead of going to an event that you may only stay at for 10-15 minutes.
